Data Deletion
If you interacted with a page managed through mAI Engage
When you delete your data from Facebook or Instagram, Meta notifies us through the signed data-deletion callback. We then erase or anonymise the comments and profile data we hold about you and publish a status URL you can check. No action on your part is needed beyond Meta's own flow.
For any platform, you may also email i.kotrotsios@rm.gr, naming the page or channel and the username you used. We will route the request to the business that controls that data and see it through. We respond within 30 days. You can also call us on +30 210 300 4011.
If you are a mAI Engage customer
- Raise and track data-subject requests (export, erasure, access, rectification, objection) under Privacy & GDPR in your workspace, or email i.kotrotsios@rm.gr. Either way we action them within 30 days.
- Full workspace deletion can be requested from the same page at any time. A 30-day grace period applies, after which workspace data is irreversibly erased.
- Disconnecting a social account deletes its stored OAuth tokens immediately.
What deletion covers
Stored comments and author profiles, the AI analyses and reply drafts derived from them, review content, private messages with their attachments and the conversation's contact details, the CRM record linked to that person and the staff notes on it, uploaded knowledge documents, and OAuth tokens.
Aggregated statistics that identify no one may be retained. Content already published to a social platform lives under that platform's own controls, not ours.
